Hello!
This quote really resonated with me as we are coming back to school from winter break. As much as I desperately needed a break, it was hard to say goodbye to the kids in tears about going a couple weeks without me. Certainly, most kids were rearing for a break, but some were quiet and confused why everyone else was happy about going home. Additionally, in these first few days back, we have been focusing a lot on emotional constancy and being there for our kids, no matter what they're feeling or doing. As I work my hardest to be there for them in the most loving way, I want them to know how seriously I take the responsibility of being someone who is there for them. -Megan
